Soundc routes Blerp photo requests through the extraction path tuned for that file type. The general Blerp tutorial works too, but the photo-specific page surfaces the right options up front.

Neither. Soundc reads Blerp's public delivery endpoints exactly the way a normal browser does — no API key, no charged request, no notification back to Blerp or to the original uploader.
