Some streaming files don't report their total size to the browser during the download. That’s why the progress bar stays at 0%, even though the file is actively being processed. Don’t worry—it’s working! Just give it a few moments to complete.
Sometimes, due to DRM protections or source issues, the download fails without warning. Since the process streams data directly from the source, we can't always detect issues in real-time. If you receive a 0KB file, please retry. We're working on a better solution.
Some videos are protected by digital rights management (DRM), which prevents us from processing them. Other times, the file may be corrupted or restricted by the platform. Try searching for a different version of the video using our search tool.
No! You can download videos and audio for free. However, our premium users enjoy additional features like higher quality, clipping, playlist conversion, GIF maker, and more. Please note that DRM-protected content can’t be converted—free or paid.
